Audit
Separate from the Fluency RiskScore, there is a dedicated audit for reviewing users of the Fluency system.
The User audit page can be accessed at User Admin->Audit.
Fluency will record events relating to its own interface usage, for auditing purposes.
The user is displayed to the far left of the table (first column). The auditing page will display both successful and failed actions, and the user names will always appear next to the successful actions. In the second column, "Action", the name of action is displayed firstly, and then the IP address and country. The category of these actions (i.e. analysis, authentication) is displayed as well, in addition to the time and date it was performed.
The facet to the left of the page can be used to filter the data by values associated with the predefined fields. In addition, the audit data can be exported into a spreadsheet.
Activity Review Page
In the upper right corner of the table, there is a button "User Activity". Clicking this button will show the summary of users.
Inactive Users
The first table of the page highlights users that have not logged into the system for thirty (30) days. In this case, it is recommended to disable such users. To do so, check the select box next to users to disable, and then click the disable button (lock icon).
Active Users
This table provides a list of user that have recently logged into the system. The table shows the last login and any failed login attetmpts.
Disabled Users
This is a list of disabled users. If the users are no longer required, go to the Manage User and delete them.
